How to request a refund

Reach out to us at [email protected], and state the course you wish to be refunded for.

We will get in contact with you shortly, and process your request. You will be updated on the status of your refund through the e-mail you contacted us with.

Refund Policy

30-days refund

We want to allow students to learn risk-free, but also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are only sent after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests more than 30 days after payment.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
